Infinite Self Pavilion: Concept and Vision
By Dr Lila Moore - Curator/Artist
The Infinite Self Pavilion presents Know Thy Infinite Self, an exploration of the evolving nature of the Self and its dynamic relationship with AI. This collaboration challenges the unity and integrity of individual human identity while unveiling new possibilities for experiencing the Self as boundless, transpersonal, and ever-expanding. It also provokes the emergence of new versions of the Self—manifesting as spiritual companions, apparitions, or digital doubles.
The phrase Know Thyself recalls the ancient divination rituals of Delphi, evoking timeless journeys of self-discovery interwoven with spirituality, mythology, psychology, and philosophy. It is also a call to embark on an inner quest, inviting artists drawn to themes of identity and gender, Self and Other.
The concept of the Infinite Self inspires an immersion into the tech-noetic and imaginal realms of consciousness, with AI as an aesthetic catalyst for transformative evolution. Like the revelatory visions of the Delphic Oracle, artists and seekers of truth are invited to reflect on shifting notions of consciousness, identity, and perception. Rather than following a static or linear path, this envisioned evolution opens new doors to expressions of selfhood, expanded awareness, and even alternative life forms—suggesting a journey that fundamentally redefines what it means to be a Self.
Eligibility
Artists from all over the world are invited to participate. However, The Wrong Biennale is a juried exhibition, and submitted artworks must adhere to the 7th edition’s theme. All submissions must utilize artificial intelligence as a tool in their development. We are not interested in superficial engagement with AI but rather in the artist’s agency within the creative process. Artworks that do not align with this theme will not be included, regardless of their artistic merit
We welcome a wide range of formats, including images, videos, interactive media, sound, text, and immersive experiences, provided AI plays a role in the creation process.
The Wrong is an Art Biennale, not an art fair or NFT marketplace. The Infinite Self Pavilion will not accept crypto wallet requests, pay-per-view links, shop links, or other intrusive practices.
The Infinite Self Pavilion seeks artworks that are user-friendly, easy to view, and embedded online for a seamless, one-click-away experience.
